Hello, me and my wife moved into a condo managed by a certain company. When we moved in they said that the hot tub was fully functional and never actually let us in to see it claiming they did not have a key. Then we moved in and we were told that the HOA division responsible for the building did not have the money to fix the hot tub and there was no date set in stone when it would be fixed. We recently saw an add by the same management company trying to lease another unit in the building saying there was a fully functioning hot tub. We printed it and kept a record of this. It has already been six months and the agent being the management company for the principle did not inform us of this while moving in. Can we technically sue for all of our money back that we have paid so far on the lease, aside from just breaking the lease scotch free, which I know we can do. How much would that cost and would it be worth it? Probably about 6,500 spent so far

Once you escalated the case (which means to ebay that you and the buyer are done talking and now ebay gets to decide) if you lose you do not get that final value fee credit back for selling the item. Can someone identify this Winchester .22 Long rifle?

I recently inherited a Winchester .22 Long rifle from my grandfather when he passed away. I have been trying to look for information on the gun online to see if there's anything I need to know before I shoot it. But I can't find the gun anywhere! I know it is Winchester because it is branded as such on the barrel. I also know it is .22 long because it is designated as such below the Winchester stamp. But I am unsure of the model. The gun is quite old (I don't know manufacture date but it's been around for decades) and I don't think it's made anymore. The gun has a loading mechanism where rounds are inserted into a tube that leads up to the chamber. A spring loaded pole must be unscrewed and puled out to expose a cartridge shaped hole on the bottom of the tube (which is below the barrel) to load rounds. The gun has a pump action that also cocks a fully functioning hammer (a possible substitute?) It's fairly easy to field strip as one tool-less screw needs to be undone to open the chamber. Can anyone enlighten me as to the model number of this gun as I'm looking forward to learning more about it and taking it out to shoot. If I get the chance I will upload photos to provide added clarity. Any help is much appreciated!

We are getting along great, we've worked through the separation agreement just the two of us without a hitch and had a lawyer friend draw up the agreement we came up with. Nissan Maxima 1995 brake pad/caliper problem?

Ok the procedure is to place the hardware and pads into the torque menber that is bolted to the steering knuckle with the rotor on the front hub studs then drop the caliper over the pad torque member rotor and place the 14mm bolts into the caliper pins that were lightly greased inserted in the torque menber. The single piston pushes into the caliper almost flush. You can use a big C clamp or the largest Channel Lock Pliers to squeeze that piston all the way in. (when) pads are in place they are held in with the hardware 2 thin sheet metal spring things top and bottom edges of the torque member to pad.

Why do I GET dark circles from eye creams?

I have very sensitive skin, and for years and years I have used Dove Sensitive Skin cream around my eyes (the orbit of them, where they are darker) because it has been the one and only product that actually gets rid of dark circles for me. Thing is, everything else, and I mean everything, actually GIVES me dark circles. yes, gives me them. In the past a girl at the makeup counter was shocked when I came back with the product because it looked like I hadn't slept in a week, and I never had the dark circles before. They only really come out when I use eye creams or anything around them, EXCEPT Dove. Bascially, it's almost as if when the eye area gets moisturized I immediately have dark circles that show more. I don't know what to do as Dove has discontinued their skin (face) care products. I have tried everything and it gives me dark circles. The only way I didn't have them was when I used that cream. Why does god throw all these challenges on my family?

I'm 18 and I live in Brooklyn in a harsh neighborhood. First I'll begin with my beliefs. When I was younger, I didn't believe in god even though I was baptized and christian born. Lately I've been feeling more spiritual with myself and even though I didn't believe in god, I still read about Christianities history and laws (due to my huge interest in history). Now, I don't fully believe in god (although I do believe in a single 'energy' up there) but I still follow many of his laws and try to keep my sins to a minimum (even small things such as not littering). I was always a kind kid always wanting to help people and just have friends and find love. However, because of the harshness of my area I was led to drug abuse and scams (although they weren't as extreme level as most of my surrounding people). I;ve been praying for my safety and my moms safety. In return, I had my car vandalized for $10,000 of damages (because of one of my friends actions), last week again all my tires were slashed (again because of something other people did) and I can't do much about it, even though I never meant the people that did this to me any harm or scams. On top of that, a year before, my dad had an affair with my mom and left us, took almost everything we had from us, and left us in bankruptcy. Its just me and my mom living in a rented apartment with low on money and my mom is trying extremely hard to find a job. She's been having health problems because of the seperation and her emotions are getting worse rapidly because she's losing hope of finding a job and our cash reserves are running very low and I pray for the best, mostly for my mom even before myself. In my junior high school and high school years, I never had friends and instead everybody would always make fun of me because I couldn't properly adapt, instead of partying I would stay home and read about politics, military, history, and music because those were my interests but everybody around me thought otherwise. I never had a girlfriend because I never was the type of guy to have sex with a girl and leave them or play around with their emotions because love around here is just a game, and all the girls that I liked have rejected me always. As for my drug abuse, I do them significantly less as before and been trying to just get away from everyone I know for a while now, because theres no trust here at all between people that I've even known for years, which led to my car being vandalized more then twice and other instances which cause a high alert for me and my mom, which naturally makes my street experience rise. Me and my mom go to church every now and then and I still like to talk with god and ask him for help, but everything just seems to get worse, that I only have enemies around and no real friends, not me nor my mom. I don't think I've ever sinned so much to deserve all this and I ask for forgiveness for anything bad that I've done. I heard that karma usually hits hard for something my family has done before, but this is too much, will god ever help us? I just have no clue where else to turn too.

My children have to eat what is prepared for them at dinner. If they don't eat it all, there is no dessert. If they refuse to eat it, then they will not be allowed another option. Taking house off the market & changing realtors?

Do you think parents should get their child's ear pierced when they are a baby?

Many people say that when you are younger than the age of one, your nerves have not fully developed so therefore, you will not feel the pain. But I would go against it because many kids grow up not liking their earrings so their parents put all that money in it for nothing. They risked infection and other side effects of piercings only for their children to grow up not even wearing earrings. I've seen many people whose parents took them to get their ears pierced at an very young age and I haven't seen them wear earrings once. I think parents should LET their kids get their ears pierced but not MAKE them. If your children asks to get their ears pierced then by all means because at least you know they will be happy and you know you just spent your money on something that will make them happy. I think piercing your children's ears just because of religion is incredibly stupid (no offence) and should even be considered as child abuse. I would like to hear your opinions :)

Finding my spiritual path help?

I've been looking at a lot of different religions over the years and visited quite a few places in person. Nothing ever seems to "fit" me. I think many different religions set a wonderful example, and there is some truth in all of them. I have always been very interested in Eastern religions and adhere to some Eastern philosophies. I have looked at some liberal Christian churches as well but wasn't fully satisfied. I have looked into Judaism but I was put off by the fact ones in my area have monthly dues that I could not afford. I have looked into Paganism as well, and I find that personal or solitary practice does not fulfill me and there are not many Pagan groups in my area to choose from anyway. I like to be able to go somewhere and meet others and make friends where I choose to worship.

A friend and I were called hypocrites the other day by a member of my youth group when we were talking about attending a Jason Mraz concert for my Birthday. Long story short, when my dad passed away back in 2002, something odd happened. I never frequently got nose bleeds and when I did, they were small. However, the morning my dad passed away, I was awakened by my nosebleed, and literally had to sit in the bathroom for over an hour because it was bleeding so profusely, like never before and nothing like it ever since. Finally, it stopped and I carried my exhausted 12 year old self back up to bed. I swear the moment I laid down the phone rang and it was about my dad passing. I need some tips/ideas on how to handle 1 yr old waking up in the night?

I have no idea why, but for the past 3 nights my 1 year old has been waking up in the middle of the night crying. I try to just leave him be for a bit just to make sure that he's not going to just roll over and go back to sleep, but thats not been the case and so to keep him from crying and waking our 3 year whom he shares a room with I have been having to get up and get him.. I change his diaper, and have been feeding a half of a bottle of milk to try to get him to go back to sleep. I rock, and rock, and rock, and yet this kid will not go back to sleep!! early this morning around 12:30 he did this, I did all of the things I just said, and we sat in this rocking chair rocking until almost 4 in the morning before he actually went to sleep, and stayed asleep when I laid him back in his crib.I just don't get it, he hasn't woken like this at night since he was really small, but even then a bottle feeding and a change was all it took to get him right back down. Nothing has really changed, he eats wonderful all day long, he plays hard with his big brother and with me all day, his room is comfy, not too hot, nice and dark with only a dim night light, and yet getting him to go back to sleep in a decent time frame is near impossible right now.. I guess he could be cutting a tooth, but this morning I even used some orajel and gave tylenol to him and that didn't help either. While sitting here rocking he wants to sit up and talk to me, and tries to play with my hair and stuff. If he were in pain he would be crying and fussy, but the only time he is fussy is when I try to lay him back down before he is fully asleep. I am at a loss, and completely exhausted because then my 3 year old is ready to wake up and start the day before 6:30.... Do any of you have some good ideas how to get this little guy to go back down to sleep at night when he wakes? Like I said, he shares a room with his brother so letting him cry it out is not an option...I will take any advice that I can get!! And if you have no advice, but know how to pray, prayer will work also.lol... We really need to get some good sleep tonight..=)

In that event, we would need to leave the Earth entirely(toohot!) or else biologically adapt to daytime temperatures of 200-300 degrees F. I vote for leaving the Earth and colonizing other solar systems long before that happens anyway.

okay i asked this question before, but i don't think i was clear enough. i'm interested in both psychology and journalism. i love science and i want to help people, but i'm also a great writer and love writing! i was thinking of majoring in psychology and minoring in journalism. i know that a master's in psychology is a must, so that would happen without a doubt. regardless of what i major in, i'm getting a master's degree. but does it make sense to minor in journalism, or is that stupid? my teacher told me to rethink that because the journalism field isn't doing well. but if it's something that i enjoy doing, could i find a profession that involves both? my teacher suggested that i major in psychology and minor in forensics?

My parents were making about that much when I was applying for colleges, and I got almost a full scholarship to a small liberal arts college. Apply to some and see what you get offered. Liberal arts colleges have a lot of advantages, and the top ones (which you should have a decent shot at) have a ton of money for scholarships. While most will offer economic majors, most do not have business programs. That's more of a state school thing.

How do you wash your cloth diapers?

My baby hasn't been born yet, but I'm all set to use cloth diapers. I plan on just scooping out as much of the chunks as possible and washing them like regular clothes - then popping them in the dryer. They say your supposed to hang dry them, but it's winter up here like 7 months out of the year so that's not really possible unless I want diapers hanging all over my house lol. I will put them out in the sun once and awhile in the summer though, because that will help bleach out some of the stains that will likely build up. Good luck!

Sounds like it. You should seek therapy.. There is a reason for your severe irrational fear of typical everyday social situations. I don't get nervous around crowds, I just get tired of them quite easily. When I was in high school, last year, my friends would be together... All the time... In large groups. I rarely attended myself with them, only because I do not like very large groups. I like to be alone, or with a friend.

K-1500 A/C not working?

1995 Chevy K-1500 a/c compressor does not operate. Fully charged w/ 134a last summer and no problems until now. Dash a/c button goes on steadily; blower works fine. Can hotwire compressor to battery and operates but no cold air. Please help, it's hot in the CA desert.

I just found the pictures of him hugging other girl in his hardrive a few days ago. He left me his hardrive & his belongings before he left for his work and hes at other country right now. I was wondering why the Apollo 9 mission used the Saturn V rocket instead of the Saturn IB rocket.
