What is the smallest size than can be for a planet?

is there a minimum size [in theory] that an object can be classified as a plent [or dwarf planet] and not just an asteroid or meteorite or moonlet...if i found a planet the size of a pingpong ball and it was in a stable orbit and passed all the required definitions for a planet then can we all agree that its a planet?
