Question about the Army...?

The MP and HUMINT jobs are enlisted. The other two are officer MOSs. Unless you have a degree (or are in the process of getting one) you will need to rule those out. If you do become an officer, aviation is probably more fun, but airframes crash. The MI guys train here at Fort Huachuca. It is an interesting field, but it is what you make of it.
