We are separating, should we move apart ASAP?

We are getting along great, we've worked through the separation agreement just the two of us without a hitch and had a lawyer friend draw up the agreement we came up with. I think we can remain friends, we have two boys so that is pretty important to us. We wanted to continue to live under the same roof until we sell our house, it makes sense financially and the kids can finish the school year without too much fuss. The problem is that she works an evening shift and recently I suspect that she has been coming home quite a bit later. Its fine when I am asleep, I am not sure and l really don't care to think about what is going on. However, tonight I couldn't sleep so I have stayed up and she isn't home and her shift ended a couple of hours ago.. I really don't care to know these types of details, its making me rethink the whole staying under the same roof deal..
