Celtic fans : should we give lenny a long term contract this summer?

Or should we continue with a 6 or 12th month rolling contract to see how he does next season we have had a good season but lets not forget we may well win nothing this season and if that continues next season(i dont think that will) but if it did we would need to rethink if he is managerial material or should we just give him the confidence and woop out a 5year contract
