Stopping contact with husband for a few days?

My husband and I finally started talking again a little over a week ago, we've been separated since late March, and up until a week ago we didn't really talk or see eachother, but we started texting and he started coming over to see our son etc. He is away for work at the moment until the end of the month and we still talk everyday. I was wondering if I stopped talking to him for a few days if that would do damage? Just because I don't want him to think I'm sitting around waiting to talk to him etc I want him to think I have a life and want to seem interesting, so I thought since we're talking now and he messages me too that maybe I won't talk to him until Friday. Will this make his mind wander at all? I know guys like to think they're wanted etc. I know games are stupid but it seems to be the only way to get attention out of him. So basically I want to know if not replying to my husbands texts or not sending him any or any photos of our child for a few days will do harm, or good for our situation? I want him to miss me and rethink what he's doing.
