I liked this girl for a while now, and everything was going great until recently. Long story short, we have haven't talked in a couple of weeks and I am trying to get over her. It seemed like everything was going fine and I rarely thought of her, and when I did think of her I didn't have any feelings for her. But every now and then something will remind me of some of the good times I used to have with her and all these feelings would come rushing back. I just tried to ignore it at first, but each time that it happens, the feelings are stronger. What should I do? Should I keep trying to get over her? or should I rethink this whole situation and what I am doing?

Hey what are you talking about? They are out there, beleive me, i can name 10 off the top of my head that i know personally. They just seem to be unnoticed by most girls. because their are clear differences between gentleman and douches. Douches are physically very needy, while gentleman look at the inside, and are confident in themselves, most get passed over for the more popular guys, or something of that sort. Why are galaxies and solar systems spiral in nature?

A planet has a center of gravity so its mass forms around this center spherically, but why in a solar system and galaxy do the masses tend to circle the center of gravity, whether it be a sun or a black hole, in a circular or spiral pattern. Why wouldn't it resemble something in the way electrons orbit the nucleus in an atom. Basically, why is it so uniform?

Breach of Lease by Landlord?

Hello, me and my wife moved into a condo managed by a certain company. When we moved in they said that the hot tub was fully functional and never actually let us in to see it claiming they did not have a key. Then we moved in and we were told that the HOA division responsible for the building did not have the money to fix the hot tub and there was no date set in stone when it would be fixed. We recently saw an add by the same management company trying to lease another unit in the building saying there was a fully functioning hot tub. We printed it and kept a record of this. It has already been six months and the agent being the management company for the principle did not inform us of this while moving in. Can we technically sue for all of our money back that we have paid so far on the lease, aside from just breaking the lease scotch free, which I know we can do. How much would that cost and would it be worth it? Probably about 6,500 spent so far
